Brain tumor is commonly present with focal neurologic deficit, such as contralateral limb weakness, visual field deficit, headache or seizure. It often causes increase in intracranial tension leads to nausea, vomiting, double vision. Cerebellar hemisphere or brainstem dysfunction can result in abnormal body movements. Tumors often causes rapid movements of eye ball called as nystagmus, certain cranial nerve palsies.
